Since September 2009 we are living in this beautiful spot just outside the village of Barchi in the province of Pesaro/Urbino in Le Marche.

We saw our house in 2007 for the first time. It was departed and overgrown and had been used as a shed for farming machines and a home for the many pitching’s. This was the first house we visited when touring the area. We visited more spots, but this spot never left our minds. In June 2007 we owned the property and in October of 2007 we finished our plans for the rebuild of the annexes and the renovation for the main house. We received the final approval for all our plans in July 2008 and finally work commenced in October 2008. In 2010 the sidebuildings were rebuilt and the house renovated and shortly after that also our pool was filled up and ready to use.

Since September 2009 we are living here, first in one of the  holiday apartments and now in our part of the big house. In 2010 we started renting out our apartments and we have already entertained many guests since then.

La Giravolta will be open all year round so do not hasitate and come and enjoy le Marche!
