Payment and Cancellation policy
The total rental amount for this reservation is confirmed by email and agreed separately and is part of this Agreement.
If the signed booking confirmation within two weeks received back, then it is your reserved apartment again released for rental to others.Unsigned forms will not be processed.
Within 2 weeks after you have received confirmation of your reservation request, you 40% of the total rental amount in advance to meet. After we have received your deposit, your reservation is final.
Least 6 weeks before arrival the remaining rental amount.
If you book within 6 weeks before arrival, you pay the total rent amount for the reservation finalize
If canceled up to 3 months before arrival, you will receive your entire deposit back.
Cancellation between 3 months to 6 weeks before arrival 40% cancellation fee of the total rental amount.
Cancellation between 6 weeks to 7 days before arrival 90% cancellation fee of the total rental amount.
If canceled within 7 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee of the total rental amount.
If the landlord re-let the apartment for the same rental period, the landlord will receive part of the rent minus 25 euro fee refunded to the original tenant.
A cancellation insurance against risks of illness, accident or other circumstances, should the tenant be closed.
During your stay in the holiday apartment you as Lessee is fully liable for the holiday, decor and all things which belong to the house.
Any damage must be reported immediately to the landlord. The cost of the damage may be recovered from your travel insurance. We recommend this for your holiday insurance.The Lessor accepts no responsibility in case of personal injury, loss or theft of personal property or damage suffered by the Hirer including his companion and / or vehicles, howsoever caused. The supervision of children is and remains the sole responsibility of the Lessee or any babysitter.
- In high season (July & August) only per rental period of one week. Outside the high season rental from three days possible
- Arrival in an apartment on the first day from 16.00 / Departure from an apartment on the last day by 10am
- Gas, Electricity, TV, WIFI internet access, bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the price intervention.
- Weekly change is included in the price.
- Pool towels you must bring your own or you can rent for 5 euros per stay.
- Final cleaning is included in the price (we do expect the apartment clean state)
- In the months of October / to April'm using the heating charged extra.
- Use of the washing machine is €6 per wash including laundry detergent
- pets are NOT ALLOWED
- Our pool is open from May / September
-Any additional costs are the day before departure in cash to the landlord settled.
